CRM Specialist Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Specialist to join our dynamic team at BHIVE Workspace. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our customer relationship management systems, focusing on our client database. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in CRM systems, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the financial industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and boost engagement.
  • Work closely with the sales team on all post-sales activities to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on CRM activities and customer insights for management review.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and prioritize high-potential leads.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer service.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ Years of minimum Experience in client relationship Management.
  • Proven experience in managing CRM systems, preferably in the real estate or fintech sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excel knowledge must.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
