Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the CRM system according to business requirements, working closely with the Center of Excellence team and business representatives. They will also support the Center of Excellence with IT-related problems and support IT projects.

Qualifications

  • A degree in an appropriate IT discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business administration
  • 3-5 years of previous CRM Developer experience developing detailed business and functional requirements for CRM related projects
  • Experience with key customer related IT systems (ERP, Data Warehouse, CRM, Marketing Automation, Customer Feedback)
  • Demonstrate successful project management experience as a project leader for complex systems implementations with regional teams
  • Salesforce Associate Certification preferred
