With significant capex investment, a new product / expansion plan in the pipeline, and aggressive growth plans, the company is poised to scale double in the next five years.Role OverviewThis is not a routine plant head role. It’s a strategic leadership mandate reporting directly to the CEO and global leadership. You will be responsible for translating the company’s ambitious growth roadmap into on-ground execution — through world-class manufacturing, product diversification, workforce scaling, and customer delight.You will lead the end-to-end operations (manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, quality, EHS, capex projects) while driving cultural transformation, digitization, and operational excellence. This role is central to the company’s India strategy and global competitiveness.Top 5 Must-Have Criteria (Please do not apply if you don't qualify on even one of below)1. Deep domain expertise in steel or metals-based manufacturing, ideally in tubes, pipes, forging, or extrusion processes. 2. Proven track record in running complex operations with at least ₹300–₹500 Cr+ P&L responsibility. 3. Strong team leadership and ability to scale a mid-sized plant into a high-performance, 1000+ workforce setup. 4. Hands-on, detail-oriented execution style — able to work closely with shop-floor teams and senior stakeholders alike. 5.
