Create a consistent and easy to read formats for all scripts that includes comments explaining the functionality. Server-side scripts utilizing the most efficient Glide Record methods to reduce overall processing time. Work extensively on external integrations using Direct Web services over SOAP and REST. Customization of different applications and modules within ServiceNow. Hands-on technical delivery including required documentation of cost-effective Service-now solutions, Ability to create and Modify Workflows. Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the Service-now platform. 6-10 years direct experience in enterprise level application Integration. Creation of script-based Assignment and Approval rules. Creation of Business Rule, UI Action by using Glide script Web Service Integration. User Interface Level Integration. MID Server Integration. Integration with tools, applications, and systems. Mobility and related integration. AngularJS, Node.js and Bootstrap. Use of Import Sets for data loading from external file or database to the service-now.com. Creation of a custom related list. Knowledge of ITIL V3 processes
