You’ll be a trusted hiring advisor - owning full-cycle recruiting while also building a proactive talent pipeline for niche, high-impact roles across science, technology, and business functions.This role combines strategic partnership, market intelligence, and talent scouting — ideal for someone who understands the pace of a growing TechBio company and can translate business needs into compelling hiring strategies.What You’ll OwnBuild and manage strategic talent pipelines across bioinformatics, data science, AI/ML, engineering, product, and GTM functions — leveraging platforms like , GitHub, and academic networks.Own the full recruitment lifecycle — from role scoping and sourcing to structured interviews, offer closure, and seamless onboarding in collaboration with People Success and HR Ops.Partner with hiring leaders to define ideal candidate personas, create engaging job descriptions, and ensure competency-based, bias-free evaluations.Act as a trusted advisor on market insights, talent availability, and compensation benchmarks; contribute to interview rubrics and hiring scorecards.Strengthen Elucidata’s employer brand through proactive talent engagement, campus initiatives, and compelling storytelling in candidate interactions.Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Elucidata’s values of curiosity, courage, and collaboration, while continuously improving hiring velocity and quality through data-driven insights.What Makes You a Great Fit4–7 years of end-to-end recruiting experience, ideally in TechBio, Life Sciences, SaaS, or AI/ML environments.Proven ability to source niche talent in bioinformatics, data engineering, or computational sciences.Strong business acumen and comfort engaging with technical and scientific stakeholders.Experience with sourcing automation, analytics tools, and ATS platforms (e.g., Recruiter and other channels).Excellent communication and storytelling skills - able to sell a mission, not just a job.Data-driven mindset; experience in tracking recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, pipeline conversion).A builder’s mindset — curious, proactive, and eager to help shape the future of hiring at Elucidata.Why Join Elucidata?Opportunity to shape the future of biomedical data ecosystems by building partnerships at the frontier of science and healthcare.Direct visibility with the CEO and leadership team.High-impact role - the partnerships you establish will directly translate into Elucidata’s growth and customer success.Work with global leaders and contribute to data-driven drug discovery.We are proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace and are an affirmative action employer.
