Job Description
Oversee global RUN operations for application service delivery from a GBS perspective Act as the central liaison for regional teams to ensure seamless delivery Manage transitions with end-to-end governance and execution oversight Lead escalations, analyze SLAs/RCAs, and drive continuous service optimization Ensure vendor delivery aligns with contractual obligations and maintain high-quality standards Collaborate across cross-functional stakeholders - finance, operations, business, vendors, and IT Work closely with senior leadership, including CIOs, to align tech strategies Drive expansion of application portfolio and delivery capabilities within the GCCThe Successful Applicant
Engineering degree with 18+ years of experience in Application Delivery, Transition Management, and Service Operations At least 10 years of experience managing global RUN operations in large-scale IT organizations Strong understanding of SAP, Salesforce, CRM systems, Microsoft stack, and Cloud technologies Experienced in Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to handle high-pressure environments, manage vendors, and drive strategic initiatives Preferred certifications include PMI, ITIL, and Cloud-based credentials Hands-on, proactive leader with a growth-focused mindset-
