Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with a strong focus on Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD). The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, customization, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform with a specialization in HRSD functionalities. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless HR services to employees while ensuring the platform meets organizational needs and enhances HR operations.

Key Responsibilities :

1. HRSD Module Development : Configure and customize the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module within ServiceNow to meet business requirements. This includes Case Management, Knowledge Management, HR Service Portal, and HR-related workflows.

2. HR Case Management : Design, configure, and implement HR case management processes to handle HR service requests, ensuring smooth and efficient case routing, tracking, and resolution.

3. HR Service Portal : Develop and enhance the HR Service Portal to provide a user-friendly interface for employees, enabling them to submit HR requests and track their progress.

4. Knowledge Management : Implement and manage Knowledge Base articles to provide self-service solutions for employees on HR-related topics.

5. Service Catalog : Configure and maintain HR-related service catalog items, enabling employees to easily request HR services and track their requests.

6. Workflows and Automations : Create and optimize workflows, automation, and business rules to improve HR service delivery and efficiency.

7. Integrations : Work with HR systems (such as HRIS, payroll, and benefits platforms) to integrate with ServiceNow HRSD for seamless data transfer and enhanced service delivery.

8. Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, workflows, and integrations for HRSD modules.

Required Skills & Experience :

1. Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with specific experience min 3+ yrs in configuring and customizing the HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) module.

2. ServiceNow Expertise : Proficiency in ServiceNow platform features, including Case Management, Knowledge Management, HR Service Portal, and HR Service Catalog.

3. HRSD Knowledge : Hands-on experience with HRSD best practices, including HR case management, service catalog design, employee self-service, and knowledge management.

4. ServiceNow Tools : Experience with ServiceNow's HR Service Portal, HR Case Management, and HR Knowledge Base.

5. Integration Experience : Familiarity with integrating ServiceNow with external systems (HRIS, payroll systems, etc.) using web services (REST/SOAP) and MID Server.

6. Certifications : ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is preferred. Any HRSD-related certifications (e.g., ServiceNow HRSD Implementation) are a plus.
