The agency fosters enthusiasm and efficiency in every project.About the Role:We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Backoffice Administrator to support our internal teams and ensure smooth day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience in managing back-office functions.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day back office operations and ensure timely support to multiple internal teams.Handle documentation and filing of papers (both digital and physical) in a structured and efficient manner.Prepare, update, and maintain records, reports, and office documentation.Coordinate with various teams for follow-ups, discussions, and correspondence as required.Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls; take accurate notes and share timely updates with relevant stakeholders.Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents.Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.Ensure smooth communication flow across departments and maintain confidentiality of information.Required Skills & Qualifications:3–5 years of experience in back office or administrative roles.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to work.Ability to handle telephone communication professionally.Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage timelines effectively.
