About the Role:
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Backoffice Administrator to support our internal teams and ensure smooth day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience in managing back-office functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day back office operations and ensure timely support to multiple internal teams.
- Handle documentation and filing of papers (both digital and physical) in a structured and efficient manner.
- Prepare, update, and maintain records, reports, and office documentation.
- Coordinate with various teams for follow-ups, discussions, and correspondence as required.
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls; take accurate notes and share timely updates with relevant stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Ensure smooth communication flow across departments and maintain confidentiality of information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in back office or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to handle telephone communication professionally.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage timelines effectively.
