We are seeking passionate sales professionals to join us on our journey.About the RoleWe are looking for a results-driven Direct Sales Executive with excellent English communication skills and prior experience selling IT products, preferably in the AI space. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving new business and closing deals in the US market.Responsibilities: • Drive direct sales for Codespell in the North American region. • Identify, qualify, and convert leads into customers. • Handle end-to-end sales cycles, from outreach to closing. • Effectively present product features, benefits, and value propositions to prospective clients. • Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities, forecasting revenue and meeting monthly/quarterly targets. • Negotiate and close deals in the range of 50K to 100K USD contract value. • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align on sales strategies. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field.Required Skills: • Proven track record in IT product sales, preferably AI products. • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. • 6 – 8 years of direct sales experience in the international market. • Prior experience handling deals valued at $50K to $100K USD. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a hybrid setup.
