Job Summary


We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with proven experience in the e-commerce industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, processing, and analyzing large sets of data to drive strategic decisions related to sales, customer behavior, marketing performance, and inventory management.

Key Analyze data from various sources (website, CRM, sales, marketing campaigns, etc.) to uncover trends and insights.

- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support business performance tracking (e.g., Google Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau).

- Evaluate customer journey and purchasing behavior to recommend improvements to conversion and retention strategies.

- Support pricing, discounting, and inventory forecasting models.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to measure campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.

- Use SQL and other tools to extract and manipulate data for business needs.

- Identify data quality issues and work with tech teams to resolve Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 25 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the e-commerce domain.

- Strong knowledge of data querying languages (SQL), data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), and Excel/Google Sheets.

- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (like Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.

- Understanding of KPIs such as AOV, conversion rate, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and cart abandonment.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Experience with Python/R is a plus.

Preferred Qualification:

- Experience working with D2C brands or marketplaces.

- Knowledge of digital marketing metrics and attribution models.
