Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with proven expertise in Tableau to join our team. This role is best suited for professionals who excel in Tableau and can create impactful data visualizations without reliance on other BI tools like Power BI. You will work on transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights, driving smarter business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports
- Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Identify data trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvements
- Develop and optimize ETL pipelines using Apache Airflow or similar tools
- Lead and mentor a team of data engineers; review performance and guide career development
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver data projects within deadlines
- Design scalable and efficient data architectures and workflows
- Ensure proper documentation of processes and dashboards for transparency
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to align project objectives

Required Technical Skills

- Tableau – Advanced level (must be your core BI tool expertise)
- Proficiency in Tableau (Desktop, Server/Online).
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
- Good understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Tableau administration and back end data checking
- Strong SQL skills
- Data modelling & data warehousing concepts
- ETL tools (preferably Apache Airflow)
- Optimization and tuning of data pipelines
- Familiarity with Hadoop infrastructure and/or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Soft Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Leadership qualities with a proactive approach to team management
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
