About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Commercial Office Specialist to join our Transformation Commercial Office (TCO) team. This role is central to driving business transformation, governance, and process improvements, with a strong emphasis on data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with multiple teams including Sales, Sales Operations, Product Management, Legal, Finance, and Marketing to align commercial objectives with organizational goals.

This position requires someone who is not only detail-oriented but also a strong communicator and problem-solver, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with executives, sales leaders, proposal/contract managers, consultants, finance, and legal teams to ensure alignment of commercial transformation objectives.

- Metrics & Reporting: Develop and present transformation metrics to support growth, revenue recognition, discount analysis, and scalability.

- KPI Development: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the performance of the TCO and effectiveness of overall transformation initiatives.

- Business Process Improvement: Design and improve business processes, enablement plans, tools, and training materials to streamline workflows.

- Governance & Compliance: Proactively identify risks and implement process improvements while adhering to internal controls and compliance policies.

- Project Enablement: Support project governance by preparing dashboards, documentation, and executive reports.

- Change Leadership: Serve as a catalyst for transformation by identifying opportunities, driving adoption of new processes, and mentoring teams.

- Perform other duties as assigned related to business transformation Youll Need:

Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related field (required). Equivalent experience considered.

Experience: 35 years of relevant experience in business transformation, commercial operations, or project governance.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Salesforce, JIRA, and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, Teams).

- Advanced Excel skills and experience with dashboarding/BI tools (Power BI, Salesforce reporting).

Core Competencies:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent organization and time management skills for handling multiple projects simultaneously.

- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders.

- Ability to work in a dynamic, constantly changing environment with adaptability and resilience.

- Preferred: Experience in the electric utility industry, automation, or SCADA projects.
