In This Role, You Will:

Managing lead flow from different systems and routing it to Sales team, using Saleforce.com platform Managing bulk Data Deduplication activities after Mergers and Acquisitions Ensuring information given to Sales is accurate and up to date Ensuring timely process deliverables Doing quality checks to ensure accurate Data upload and assignment Coordinating with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to fix any gaps/issues in the Lead flow processes Work on multiple requests from Sales & Marketing Managing and implementing changes in Lead flow processes across various systems. Coordinating with multiple stakeholders across different teams to facilitate implementation of these changes
Here's What You Need:

1 to 3 years of Data Management experience in CRM (preferably Salesforce.com) In-depth knowledge of MS-Excel Excellent analytical and logical skills Good Sales/Marketing process knowledge Attention to detail, deadline focus and ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks Bachelor’s degree preferably from a reputed college Good Academic scores Good communication skills (English – written and spoken)
