We are looking for adetail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized E-Commerce Logistics & Operations Leadwho cantake complete ownership of our logistics, warehousing, and inventory management systemswhile optimizing our processes for maximum efficiency.Key Responsibilities: 1. Logistics & Shipping Management Manage and operate shipping and warehousing panelswith efficiency. Experience usingNimbusPost, Shiprocket, Clickpost, Easyecom , or similar logistics tools. Minimize RTO (Return to Origin), reduce weight discrepancies , and ensure cost-effective shipping solutions. Handleshipping escalations, coordinate with courier partners , and ensure smooth order fulfillment. Oversee the ticketing system for logistics-related queries and issues , ensuring timely resolutions.2. Inventory Management & Tracking Developsystems and processesto accurately track inventory levels and trends. Implementbest practices for stock forecasting, inventory planning, and reorder optimizationto prevent shortages or overstocking. Ensureaccurate stock reconciliationbetween the warehouse, Shopify, and internal reports. Set upreal-time tracking and reporting mechanismsto monitor inventory performance.3. E-Commerce Operations & Order Fulfillment Overseeend-to-end Shopify operations , includingorder processing, cancellations, payment link generation, and tracking. Ensure smooth coordination between logistics, customer support, and warehouse teamsto resolve any order fulfillment issues. Optimize operational SOPs tostreamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks . Trackorder fulfillment KPIsto identify areas for improvement and efficiency.4. Workflow & Process Optimization Work extensively withExcel, Asana, Slack, Shopify, and shipping panelsto optimize daily operations. Continuously refine and improve theorder fulfillment process for speed and efficiency . Implementautomated reporting dashboardsfor tracking logistics performance and cost efficiency. DevelopSOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for logistics, warehousing, and inventory managementto ensure seamless operations.What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, and e-commerce operations. Must have worked with a D2C e-commerce brand(non-negotiable). Expertise in logistics tools such asNimbusPost, Shiprocket, ShipMozo, EasyEcom, Clickpost etc. Strong knowledge of RTO management, order fulfillment, weight discrepancies, and cost optimization. Hands-on experience with Shopify order processing, refunds, and tracking. Experience with inventory forecasting and stock management best practices. Proficiency in Excel, Asana, Slack, and other workflow tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making .
