It also empowers both private and public companies to manage their equity and cash incentive programs (commonly referred to as ESOP).Complementing their platform, Qapita offers equity compensation and share plan design consulting services, valuation and financial reporting expertise, and private market liquidity solutions tailored to meet the needs of both shareholders and employees.Role Description This is a full-time Operations Intern role in the Customer Onboarding ESOP Liquidity Team, Customer Success. Located on-site in Bangalore. The Operations Intern will be responsible for assisting with client communication, analytical tasks, coordinating with Vendors for the timely collection of data points, communicating within the team, managing operations to build a process, and assisting with project management tasks.Qualifications Analytical Skills and Operations Management Strong Communication skills Project Management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Interest in the financial and technology sectors is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fieldHow to ApplyInterested candidates can apply on LinkedIn or send their CV to careers@qapita.com.
