We’ve led successful ventures before – and we’re building something much bigger now.We are now scaling rapidly and are looking for a Director of Operations who thrives in a performance-driven, ownership-focused environment to take charge of our delivery engine and drive client success across the globe.About the RoleWe are engaging with a growing number of global clients to fulfill their talent needs via our platform. As Director of Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth delivery of these requirements, managing relationships with independent experts and sub-vendors, and implementing processes to support scale and operational excellence.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone excited to join a fast-paced, high-impact venture at the ground floor.
