Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance and support to the CEO. This includes managing expense reports, diary management, administrative assistance, and other tasks as assigned. The Executive Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.


Qualifications

  • Strong experience in executive administrative assistance and executive support
  • Proficiency in managing expense reports and diary management
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or technical industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any Engineering Field
