Job Overview:-


We are seeking a diligent and motivated Production Assistant - Mechanical to join our team. This role is based in Gurgaon and focuses on assisting with the mechanical aspects of production processes. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role and a keen interest in mechanical systems.



Roles and Responsibilities:-


  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of mechanical equipment and systems.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on production machinery.
  • Help troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues as they arise to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Support the production team with various mechanical tasks to enhance productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations during all tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of mechanical activities and maintenance work performed.
  • Work closely with engineers and production managers to optimize mechanical processes.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline mechanical operations.


Qualifications and Skills:-


  • A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is highly desired.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and components.
  • Proficient in using mechanical tools and machinery.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Adept at working collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
