Position: Sales Manager – Gold Loan

CTC: Up to 9 LPA
Product: Gold Loan

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Gold Loan to drive business growth and manage the Gold Loan vertical. The role requires strong leadership, team-handling skills, and proven expertise in Gold Loan sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales and revenue targets for the Gold Loan business.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver results.
  • Develop and manage channel partner networks for business sourcing.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and portfolio growth.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Gold Loan sales (Bank/NBFC).
  • Team handling and leadership experience is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of Gold Loan products and operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
