What You'll Own

Engineering Leadership & Scale

• Build and lead a high-performing engineering team in Coimbatore.
• Drive technical strategy aligned with our global business vision.

Product Delivery & Development Excellence

• Ensure smooth day-to-day dev operations.
• Unblock teams and ship impactful features with speed and quality.

Code Quality & Architecture

• Champion clean code, scalable architecture, and engineering standards.
• Tackle challenges around microservices, APIs, mobile scale, and automation.

Agile Ways of Working

• Embed best practices (Scrum, sprints, retros, stand-ups).
• Keep the team aligned, accountable, and always delivering value.

Mentorship & Growth

• Coach engineers into leaders.
• Build a culture of ownership, continuous learning, and innovation.

Innovation & Experimentation

• Explore emerging tech—AI/ML, automation, integrations, next-gen SaaS tooling.
• Drive pilots and bring practical applications into production.

Community Building

• Represent RunLoyal in the local tech ecosystem.
• Host meetups, hackathons, and open-source projects that put Coimbatore on the global SaaS map.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of SaaS product engineering, with 3+ years in leadership roles.
• A startup-ready mindset: resourceful, adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity.
• Proven experience scaling teams, delivering complex projects, and mentoring diverse talent.
• Deep knowledge of modern architectures, cloud-native design (AWS), APIs, microservices, automation.
• Strong practitioner of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Curiosity and working knowledge in AI/ML tools and automation—and eagerness to apply them.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate across India and U.S. teams.
• Bonus: Founder/entrepreneurial experience—or at least, the mindset of one.
