About the role:

We are seeking a full-time Creative Lead who will be responsible for crafting visually compelling designs for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and branding materials. You will play a key role in ensuring our brand's identity remains strong and consistent across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging visuals for social media platforms (Instagram, , etc.).
  • Create marketing ads, brochures, banners, and other promotional materials.
  • Develop impactful presentation designs for internal and external use.
  • Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all design assets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts.
  • Apply design principles and typography expertise to create aesthetically appealing and effective visuals.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in marketing and branding.
  • At least 2 years of experience in motion graphics and video editing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, and composition.
  • Experience designing for social media, digital ads, and print materials.
  • Ability to create professional and engaging presentation designs.
  • Understanding of branding and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must provide a portfolio showcasing graphic and motion design work.
