Business Unit for this role: This role is with a business unit which is in pilot Training and location for this role will be Greater Noida.
Job Description
• Responsible for complete Procure to Pay process in accordance with the Company policies and procedures (Timely and accurate processing of invoices and employees’ reimbursement as per contract agreements for all service providers along with all supporting/pertaining documentation) • Responsible for compilation of information for audits (GST Audit, Internal Audit & Statutory Audit) • Adhere to all internal control procedures & standards for processing of payments.
• Responsible for complete GST and TDS compliances (Deduction/ Charge of TDS & GST as per compliance and prepare data for Monthly/Quarterly/Annually Returns & audits)
• Responsible for multilocation GST compliances
• Responsible for record management/ Bookkeeping
• Responsible for accounting entries Journals and books of accounts
• Responsible for periodically/timely reconciliation of Bank, Vendor, Debtor & Related Party • Assisting in closing the books on a monthly and annual basis with stringent due dates • Responsible for filing, scanning, and archiving the entire accounting records • Liaising with different stakeholders for smooth operations in the accounts payable function
• Responsible for foreign payments
• Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
Skill Set required
• Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in commerce/ finance, CA-Inter is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of accounting and relative compliances
• Extensive knowledge of indirect taxes for multi locations
• Working knowledge of direct taxes
• Team player
• Self-starter and highly motivated
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Working Knowledge of ERP
• Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Flexible which includes late night to support operations
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Include local travelling for both locations Gurgaon and Greater Noida
