We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Software Sales manager to join our dynamic sales team.

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new enterprise clients and the expansion of existing accounts. Leveraging your extensive experience and industry knowledge, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure the successful adoption and implementation of our software solutions.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to identify and target enterprise clients in key industries and verticals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders within target accounts.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution demonstrations to effectively articulate the value proposition of our software solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure and contract signing.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts using sales force.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support, guidance, and thought leadership to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
  • Represent Hexagon at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and establish thought leadership in the marketplace.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in engineering with additional on Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; will be preferred.


  • Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise software market landscape, including trends, technologies, and competitive positioning.
  • Strong network of contacts and relationships within key industries and verticals.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade senior executives.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven mindset with a relentless focus on delivering exceptional customer value and driving business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
