Eligibility

  • Master's degree (or above) in Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics / Biology
  • C1 level English proficiency (written & spoken)

Key Roles & Responsibilities

As a STEM Expert, you'll wear multiple hats to support AI model development:

  • Proof-reader – Review and refine text for accuracy, grammar, and clarity.
  • Data Annotation – Label, categorize, and structure data to improve AI learning quality.
  • Content Moderator – Ensure generated content is aligned with guidelines, safety, and values.
  • Content Creation – Develop domain-specific training content for AI models.
  • AI Trainer – Evaluate AI-generated responses, provide corrections, and help models learn subject accuracy.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, researchers, and engineers to improve datasets.
  • Adapt to dynamic project needs and consistently meet KPIs (quality, productivity, timelines).
