About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Content Writer with a deep understanding of Data, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI (GenAI), and Digital Transformation technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling, informative, and technically accurate content that positions our organization as a thought leader in the Data & AI space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage a wide range of content: blogs, whitepapers, case studies, website content, technical documentation, solution briefs, video scripts, emailers, and more.
  • Translate complex concepts from Data, AI, GenAI, and Digital Transformation into engaging narratives tailored for both technical and business audiences.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and SMEs to gather insights and validate content for accuracy.
  • Support product marketing, sales enablement, and campaigns with compelling and persuasive content assets.
  • Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in the Data, AI, and digital ecosystem to ensure content relevance and thought leadership.
  • Manage editorial calendars, ensure brand tone and consistency across all platforms.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Any Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in technical writing, preferably in AI, Data Science, Cloud, or Digital Transformation domains.
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML, GenAI tools, Data platforms, Cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), and digital strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and explain technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in writing for developer audiences, business stakeholders, and enterprise customers.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple content deliverables with tight deadlines.
  • Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Notion, Google Workspace, Jira, Trello).
  • Bonus: Experience working in a tech consulting, SaaS, or enterprise IT services environment.
  • Experience in creating content for proposals, RFPs/RFIs and technical solution documents would be a plus.
