Role Expectations: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our Jaipur office. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and attracting top IT talent, particularly Full Stack Developers, and other IT professionals, to support our rapidly growing team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and Maintain Networks: Develop a strong network of IT recruiters and contractors to help identify key talent and support upcoming IT consulting projects.
  • Talent Acquisition: Use and other tools/channels to expand and strengthen your networks, sourcing candidates for current and future roles.
  • Contractor Management: Manage and maintain relationships with IT contractors within your network.
  • Relationship and Business Development: Engage in initiatives such as face-to-face meetings, coffee catchups, and regular contact calls to build and strengthen relationships with both recruiters and contractors.
  • Brand Building: Enhance CIMET’s brand value in the market by providing exceptional service and value-add initiatives to your recruiter and contractor networks.

 

Experience and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Networking: Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional networks.
  • Sourcing Skills: Expertise in using and other recruitment tools to source and attract top IT talent.
  • Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of managing and developing relationships with recruiters and contractors.
  • Business Development: Ability to engage in business development activities to enhance network relationships and drive recruitment initiatives.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the IT market and the latest trends in technology recruitment.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruiting for Full Stack Developers and other IT roles.
  • Familiarity with recruitment management software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
