Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams, developing data-driven strategies, and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
This position requires leadership, creativity, and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels to support business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform marketing decisions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing goals with organizational objectives.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop creative briefs, oversee content creation, and coordinate with internal teams or agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Measure and analyze the performance of campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
- Lead the development and refinement of the brand's voice, identity, and market presence.
- Monitor brand health metrics and take proactive steps to maintain or improve the brand's image.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support for career growth.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance culture within the marketing department.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design, etc.) to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
Budget Management :
- Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals while optimizing spend for maximum ROI.
- Track and report on spending and performance against budget.
Digital Marketing:
- Oversee digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Utilize marketing automation tools and platforms to optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of campaigns and marketing activities.
- Provide regular reports and presentations to senior leadership, making recommendations for adjustments and improvements.
- Utilize A/B testing, market research, and other methods to refine marketing strategies.
Partnerships & External Relationships:
- Identify and build strategic partnerships with key influencers, agencies, and media to increase brand visibility and drive marketing effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and agencies to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field and MBA or advanced degree.
Experience:
- 12+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5-8 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong experience in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, campaigns, and projects.
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team, as well as collaborate across departments.
Skills:
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and strategies (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, email automation, social media).
- Deep understanding of brand management, consumer psychology, and market research.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
