Job Title: Account Manager (Direct Hire)

Location: India (Remote)

Timing- US Shift


Job Description:

Collabera is seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our Direct Hire division based in India. This role is pivotal in driving business growth by managing end-to-end recruitment processes and fostering client relationships primarily within the US market.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

  • Build and maintain relationships with US-based clients, understanding their hiring needs and aligning solutions to meet those needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

Full Desk Recruitment:

  • Source, screen, and recruit candidates for direct hire positions across various industries and functions within the US market.
  • Utilize various recruitment techniques including direct sourcing, networking, and leveraging online platforms to attract top talent.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts and through targeted prospecting.
  • Present Collabera’s services and capabilities effectively to potential clients, showcasing our value proposition in direct hire staffing solutions.

Candidate Management:

  • Manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact through to placement and onboarding.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for client requirements.

Market Research and Strategy:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with client needs and market demands.

Performance Metrics:

  • Meet and exceed established performance metrics related to client satisfaction, candidate placements, and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, recruitment activities, and business development efforts.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in full desk recruiting, including both recruitment and sales functions, preferably within the US staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of US employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and candidates remotely.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with global teams.
