About the Role:We are looking for a passionate and strategic Brand Manager to lead and work brand-building initiatives and drive marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of consumer behavior, brandpositioning, market research, and go-to-market strategies.Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy s Positioning: Develop and execute brand strategies to build equity, awareness, and preference inthe market. Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels. Marketing Campaigns: Plan and manage end-to-end 360° marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL C digital). Work closely with creative, media, and activation agencies to develop effectivecampaigns. Digital s Social Media: Drive the brand's digital presence through performance marketing, influencercollaboration, and content marketing. Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to optimize reach and impact. Market Analysis s Insights: Conduct consumer and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities. Use data to inform product positioning, pricing, and promotions. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with sales, product, and design teams to align brand objectives with businessgoals. Coordinate with regional teams to implement localized campaigns. Brand Performance Tracking: Track brand health metrics and ROI of marketing initiatives. Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for leadership.
