Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly drivenSr. Account Manager – Sales & Customer Successwith strong experience inIT Services or IT Staffing . This role requires proven expertise in managing enterprise clients, growing strategic accounts, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Growth & RetentionManage, retain, and expand Enterprise & Emerging accounts. Drivecross-sell and up-sellopportunities across IT Services, IT Staffing, and Managed Services. Build strong executive relationships withCXOs, Delivery Heads, and senior stakeholders . Achieve quarterly and annual revenue/margin targets.Customer Success & Delivery CoordinationAct as the primary point of contact for key client relationships. Work closely with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality fulfilment. Monitor customer satisfaction (CSAT/NPS) and lead improvement actions. Handle escalations and ensure high client retention.Sales Leadership & Strategic PlanningDevelop account plans, business strategies, and revenue forecasts. Lead contract renewals, rate negotiations, and commercial discussions. Collaborate with presales, delivery, and recruitment teams to create customized solutions. Track industry trends, competitor landscape, and account performance.Market & GTM Support (Good to Have)Support leadership in GTM initiatives and expansion into new markets (including US region). Contribute to RFP responses, proposals, and QBR/governance meetings.Requirements8–12 yearsof experience inAccount Management / Customer Success / SaleswithinIT Services or IT Staffing(mandatory). Proven record of drivingaccount growth, revenue expansion, and client retention . Strong understanding ofStaffing Models : Contract, C2H, Permanent, Managed Services. Experience engaging and influencingCXO-level stakeholders . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong business acumen and ability to build long-term strategic relationships.Good to HaveExperience withGTM strategy ,US market expansion , or solution-based IT services sales.
