Job Description:


We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategies, manage accounts, and oversee marketing campaigns for our events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with graphic designers, video editors, and influencers to create and implement impactful strategies to enhance our social media presence, promote ticket sales, and engage audiences effectively.


Roles and Responsibilities:


Social Media Management:

  • Manage and oversee all company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, , etc.).
  • Plan and execute social media posting strategies for upcoming events.
  • Monitor, respond, and engage with direct messages (DMs) and comments.
  • Develop creative campaigns to grow followers and increase video and content visibility.


Content Creation and Coordination:

  • Work closely with graphic designers and video editors to ensure timely creation of social media content, including posts, reels, and advertisements.
  • Approve social media posts and graphic designs before publishing.
  • Generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns to promote events effectively.


Influencer and Sponsorship Coordination:

  • Identify, onboard, and negotiate with influencers for collaborations.
  • Coordinate content creation with influencers to maximize event promotion.
  • Manage communication with sponsors to gather assets and approvals for posts.


Advertising and Marketing:

  • Design and execute marketing strategies for social media advertising campaigns.
  • Manage paid campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Ads.
  • Optimize campaigns to increase ticket sales and drive leads.


Team Coordination:

  • Coordinate with an India-based design and editing team, ensuring timely delivery of all materials.
  • Collaborate with North America-based teams, adapting to flexible working hours to accommodate time zone differences.


Event Support:

  • Develop and maintain a social media calendar aligned with event timelines.
  • Ensure seamless execution of content strategies during live events.


Skills and Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the event or live entertainment industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, including content creation and audience engagement.
  • Expertise in running paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and .
  • Excellent project management and coordination skills, ensuring smooth workflow between multiple teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a “get-it-done” attitude.
  • Experience collaborating with influencers, negotiating deals, and managing partnerships.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for posts and campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills to track campaign performance and optimize results.
  • Flexible with working hours to accommodate coordination between Indian and North American teams.
