The Customer Support Specialist will handle customer inquiries, provide solutions to ensure satisfaction, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve the customer experience. The candidate will also collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and maintain accurate records of interactions, ensuring smooth communication with clients and stakeholders.Qualifications Strong proficiency in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction Excellent Interpersonal Skills for effective communication and relationship-building Ability to provide Technical Support and resolve issues with efficiency Sharp Analytical Skills for problem-solving and process improvement Proactive and solution-oriented mindset Proficient in documentation and maintaining accurate customer records Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field; experience in the textile industry is a plus Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM systems is beneficial
