Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Growth - D2C at eské. The role involves overseeing growth marketing strategies, customer acquisition efforts, growth hacking techniques, sales initiatives, and business development activities on a day-to-day basis.


Key Responsibilities



  • Performance Marketing: Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive online sales and brand awareness. 
  • Campaign Management: Plan, create, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Meta and Google Ads. 
  • Lead Generation: Implement effective lead generation strategies to build a strong customer base and increase conversion rates. 
  • Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to assess ROI and make informed decisions to optimize future campaigns. 
  • Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for revenue increase through innovative marketing strategies and customer engagement initiatives. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the product, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and promotional activities. 
  • Omnichannel Marketing: Support the integration of online and offline marketing efforts to create a seamless customer experience. 


Key Skills & Qualifications


  • Experience: 3-6 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably within a D2C fashion brand. 
  • Performance Marketing Expertise: Strong knowledge of performance marketing strategies, including paid social and search marketing. 
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools. 
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to drive campaign success. 
  • Creative Thinker: Innovative approach to marketing with a knack for creative problem-solving. 
  • Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively. 
  • Omnichannel Experience: Understanding of omnichannel marketing strategies and customer journey mapping.
