The Construction Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects, including labour sourcing, labour management, planning, coordinating, budgeting, vendor sourcing & management and managing construction activities. The individual will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Day-to-day tasks involve monitoring project progress, resolving issues, managing project documentation, and communicating with stakeholders.Qualifications- BE/ME Civil from an Indian University - Minimum 5-7 years of work experience in managing construction projects in an engineering company - Skills in Construction Project Management, Construction Management, and Project Management - Experience in Project Coordination and Budgeting - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Excellent communication and team management skills - Proficiency in project management software and tools - Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field - Experience in residential villa construction projects is a plus
