Job Title: Solution Architect and Technical Lead - Conversational AI Bots (10-14 years)


Overview: Our client is seeking a Conversational AI Lead to spearhead the development and implementation of innovative conversational AI solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of advanced technologies and a strategic mindset to enhance user interactions across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the evaluation and selection of tools and frameworks for conversational AI development.
  • Design and implement solutions utilizing AI, ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and NLP technologies.
  • Establish best practices and guidelines for scalable and maintainable bot development.
  • Architect comprehensive bot journeys, enhancing user experiences across channels such as WhatsApp, web, and mobile.
  • Oversee the development of voice bots, ensuring high accuracy in speech recognition and seamless backend integration.
  • Guide the creation of email bots that manage customer queries with personalized, automated responses.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure successful chatbot deployment and provide ongoing technical guidance.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor team members to uphold high development standards.
  • Build monitoring processes for chatbot performance and suggest data-driven enhancements.
  • Integrate chatbot solutions with existing systems, driving continuous improvement in performance and user experience.
  • Provide production support and troubleshoot issues to maintain reliability.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to drive innovation in conversational AI.
  • Oversee API integrations for enhanced bot functionality and write modular functions for complex workflows.
  • Utilize NLU techniques to improve chatbot comprehension of user intent.
  • Leverage generative AI for adaptive chatbots that deliver contextually relevant responses.
  • Lead a team of developers, fostering collaboration and high-performance standards.
  • Develop technical strategies and architectural blueprints aligning with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in conversational AI development and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of AI, ML, NLU, and generative AI technologies.
  • Experience with API integrations and backend systems.
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
