Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled Programme Management Officer (PMO) with extensive experience to join our team for an MSS (Managed Security Services) Transformation initiative.

The ideal candidate will possess strong programme management skills, a deep understanding of the MSS domain, and a track record of successful transformation projects.

Responsibilities :

Programme Governance :

- Establish and maintain programme governance structures, processes, and frameworks.

- Define and enforce standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent programme delivery.

- Facilitate programme governance meetings, including steering committees and working groups.

- Monitor programme performance, track key milestones, and report on progress to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management :

- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand their requirements and expectations.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in.

- Communicate programme objectives, progress, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders.

- Manage stakeholder feedback and address concerns or issues in a timely manner.

Programme Planning and Control :

- Develop and maintain detailed programme plans, schedules, and resource allocations.

- Monitor programme progress against plans, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Coordinate dependencies and interfaces between programme components and other initiatives.

- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure programme quality and compliance.

Financial Management :

- Develop and manage programme budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.

- Monitor expenditure against budgets, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.

- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of programme costs, benefits, and return on investment.

Change Management :

- Develop and implement change management strategies to support the adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.

- Engage with stakeholders to assess change readiness and develop tailored communication and training plans.

- Monitor change implementation and adoption, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

- 5-15 years of experience in programme management, preferably in the IT or cybersecurity domain.

- Strong understanding of programme management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices (e.
g. PMI, PRINCE2).

- Proven track record of successfully managing complex transformation programmes from initiation to closure.

- Deep knowledge of the Managed Security Services (MSS) domain, including security operations, threat intelligence, and compliance.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical solutions to complex challenges.

- Proficiency in programme management tools and software (e.g. Microsoft Project, Jira, SharePoint).

- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications are desirable.

- Willingness to travel as needed to support programme activities.
