This is a P&L responsibilty Meet timelines and ensure customer satisfaction Accuracy in estimating the size of the project and defining deliverabl esSkills / ExperienceMandatory : Exposure to Automation Testing/Testing CoEDesirable to have worked onLife Asia, Elixir, HP, Graph Talk and Ingenium 20 years in the Insurance industry specifically, from the software testing vendor side Entrepreneurial mindset Should have had adequate experience into pre-sales support, RFP Presentation, Project initiation and monitoring Effective resource Manager- optimal utilisation of human capital so as to ensure that they are effectively deployed and continuously trained- would include recruitment, bench, account management and delivery Should have a keen eye for cost control Ability to delegate and get the work done from teams Should be ready for travel to client sites for kickstarting and troubleshooting projects
