With 2,200+ D2C brands already onboarded, Nitro is redefining how brands measure, acquire, and retain customers in the open internet.Role Overview We’re looking for growth-driven Key Account Managers who want to shape the future of commerce media in India. At Nitro Ads, you won’t just manage accounts , you’ll drive outcomes for some of the most exciting D2C brands in the country. As a Key Account Manager (KAM) – Nitro Ads, you will be responsible for managing, growing, and nurturing strategic D2C brand relationships. You will act as the trusted advisor to clients, ensuring they achieve strong ROAS, customer growth, and incremental revenue through Nitro Ads. The role blends client servicing, performance marketing expertise, and consultative growth partnership, making you a critical part of Nitro’s commerce media journey.Key Responsibilities 1. Client Onboarding & Activation ● Lead smooth onboarding of new Nitro Ads and NitroX clients, ensuring campaigns go live without friction. ● Hand-hold clients through the activation cycle: data integration, audience setup, campaign design. 2. Relationship Management ● Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts. ● Build trust-based partnerships with client stakeholders (Founders, CMOs, Growth Heads). ● Represent client voice internally, influencing product and campaign strategy. 3. Campaign Management & Optimization ● Monitor and optimize campaigns to deliver desired campaign KPIs in month 1 with a target of building scale and performance improvement. ● Leverage NitroX identity data to improve targeting, reactivation, and attribution accuracy. ● Work with AdOps teams to ensure high-quality creative, reporting, and timely execution. ● Manage a portfolio of 30+ active accounts, balancing high-touch client engagement with performance-driven execution at scale 4. Strategic Business Reviews ● Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with clients. ● Share performance insights, identify growth opportunities, and co-build roadmaps. ● Upsell/cross-sell NitroX and Nitro Ads features (e.g., advanced cohorts, creator collaborations). 5. Retention & Growth ● Develop and execute account growth plans → upsell campaigns, increase ad spends, expand categories. ● Proactively identify churn risks and implement retention strategies (personalized playbooks, exclusive cohorts, loyalty offers). 6. Measurement & Attribution Advisory ● Solve attribution challenges (multi-touch, coupon overlap, platform reporting). ● Provide transparent, data-driven reporting that builds client confidence in Nitro Ads.Qualifications & SkillsMust-Have ● 2–6 years’ experience in Key Account Management, Client Success, or Performance Marketing. ● Proven track record of managing Ecommerce / D2C / AdTech accounts (beauty, fashion, wellness, F&B verticals preferred). ● Strong understanding of digital ads, commerce media, and attribution models. ● Excellent client communication & relationship-building skills (C-level comfort).Nice-to-Have ● Experience with AdTech/MarTech platforms (Criteo, MoEngage, WebEngage, Braze, Klaviyo, Shopify ecosystem). ● Exposure to retail media, influencer/creator commerce, or commerce partnerships. ● Analytical mindset with proficiency in campaign metrics, dashboards, and cohort analysis.What Nitro Offers ● Be part of a category-creating AdTech startup shaping India’s commerce media future. ● Work directly with 2,000+ D2C brands, including fast-scaling names in beauty, fashion, wellness, and F&B — the hottest categories in Indian ecommerce. ● Opportunity to grow into leadership roles as Nitro Ads scales across India and international markets. ● Competitive compensation with performance-linked rewards, plus opportunities to travel for client engagements and industry events.
