QA Data Testing Analyst with Data Validation Experience

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Testing Analyst with expertise in data validation, testing, and development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and a proven track record in developing, validating, and testing robust data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- *Data Validation and Testing:*

- Develop and implement automated data validation and testing frameworks to ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across all stages of the data pipeline.

- Perform data quality checks, data profiling, and data cleansing to identify and resolve data discrepancies.

- Create and maintain comprehensive test cases, test plans, and test scripts for data validation.

- Experience on JIRA, Confluence, QTEST, ALM

Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with data scientists, data analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data validation strategies and best practices.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Document data validation processes, testing methodologies, and results.

- Generate regular reports on data quality metrics and validation outcomes.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in GCP services, including BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Functions.

- Experience with data validation and testing tools and frameworks.

Experience:

- 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, with a focus on GCP.

- Proven experience in data validation, data quality assessment, and testing in a cloud environment.

- Strong development experience, including writing and maintaining code for data solutions.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
