We are looking for a talented Product Owner for one of the very large product SAAS company to drive strategy, roadmap, and delivery of key product initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and execute product features that create value for our customers.

CTC offered: Upto 30 lpa

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership to define long-term product strategy and vision.
  • Analyze customer feedback and usage metrics to identify key opportunities.
  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with business goals.
  • Drive requirement definition, user experience design, and product roadmap.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and facilitate efficient development cycles.
  • Manage project priorities, resource planning, and delivery timelines.
  • Participate in product launches, messaging, positioning, and performance monitoring.
  • Influence strategy and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.

Technical Understanding:

  • Strong understanding of Managed File Transfer (MFT) technologies, secure protocols, and integration patterns.
  • Ability to engage in technical discussions and understand implications of product decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably with MFT or related solutions.
  • Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environments (Scrum, Kanban, SDLC management, sprint planning).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with product management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Aha)
