About the Role:

Mercor is looking for a Salesforce Developer (with certification still up to date) for a project with a leading AI lab. You will interact directly with folks who have previously worked at OpenAI.


The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience working in the Salesforce ecosystem. You will work with a variety of tools across the Salesforce stack, including Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Apex, and others. It is beneficial if you have experience using coding AI copilots, however this is not required.


Project Duration:

This is a temporary project that will be fast-paced, with an expected duration of two weeks initially. There may be an opportunity for continued work based on project success.

This work would be completed on a freelance / project basis.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
  • Experience with release management, source control, and deployment technologies such as CI/CD pipelines, Metadata API, and integration services
  • Awareness of platform-specific design considerations such as large data volumes, allocation limits, and data migration
  • Salesforce integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools.
  • Additional Salesforce.com experience includes Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval Workflow.
  • Expertise in Salesforce/Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, Lightning, LWC, and experience with modern web and mobile technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Components, others)
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and other platforms.
  • Salesforce Certification:
  • Must-Have: Salesforce PD2, Salesforce Admin, Salesforce Platform App Builder
  • Preferred: Salesforce Application Architect or Salesforce Solution Architect
  • Proficient in using Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, Gearset, Git, and CI/CD tools.


Compensation:

  • This role will pay ₹2500/hr or $30/hr USD
