Role: VP/Sr. VP – Corporate Strategy & M&A


Location: Mumbai

Qualifications: CA/CFA/MBA from leading institutions

Experience: 12-15 years in Corporate Strategy, M&A, and Financial Planning & Analysis, with at least 3 years in financial services.

  • Expertise in M&A activities, balance sheet management, P&L, and capital allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive medium- to long-term strategy planning and execution.
  • Identify growth opportunities, assess market trends, and recommend strategic initiatives.
  • Lead M&A efforts, from market scanning to due diligence and deal execution.
  • Enhance investor relations and deliver impactful board-level presentations.
  • Spearhead organizational projects to improve efficiencies, automation, and data quality.
