The Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Wooqer, you will be pivotal in recruiting top talent across the organization. This role is essential in attracting the best individuals who align with our company values and business goals. You will primarily focus on Non-Tech Hiring
Your mission: Hire the best people and enable them to do their best work at Wooqer to catalyze annual business goals
What will you do:
- Develop Sourcing Strategies: Attract top talent for tech, product, and non-tech roles through diverse platforms like job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Streamline Recruitment: Conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments; coordinate with hiring managers for a smooth interview process, and refine recruitment methods for efficiency.
- Collaborate with Teams: Understand hiring needs, create job descriptions, and support hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Promote Employer Brand: Enhance Wooqer’s visibility and reputation as an employer of choice through social media, job fairs, and networking events.
- Analyze Recruitment Metrics: Monitor recruitment success, identify improvements, and stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
About you :
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the tech and product sectors for Sales and Customer Success roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
