Our client, a global leader in food industry technology, headquartered in Central Europe, is seeking an accomplished General Manager. This role involves leading both the sales and technical support teams. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales, strong interpersonal relationship management skills, and the following qualifications. If this describes you, this position could be an excellent fit. Significant experience in similar roles, such as General Manager, Sales Director, or Commercial Manager, within the meat processing industry, is highly desirable

  • Manage and ensure compliance with the monthly and annual sales budget.
  • Develop and strengthen new market segments
  • Meet the KPIs for profitability, retention, penetration
  • Generate basic sales reports for the headquarters.
  • Location: - Any of the Metro Cities in India
