If you are a master of CNC machining with a passion for precision and process optimization, we want to hear from you What You Will Do:As a Senior Engineer, you will be the technical cornerstone of our machining operations. Your mission will be to: Lead & Innovate:Develop and optimize CNC programs for complex components on our advanced HMC & VMC machines. Problem-Solve:Act as the go-to expert for troubleshooting challenging machining and quality issues. Drive Efficiency:Champion initiatives for cycle time reduction, tooling optimization, and overall process improvement. Mentor & Guide:Train and develop our team of talented operators and junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Ensure Quality:Uphold the highest standards of precision by interpreting GD&T and utilizing advanced inspection tools. What We're Looking For: Experience:8+ years of hands-on experience in a precision CNC machine shop with HMC and VMC machines. Technical Prowess:Expert-level knowledge of CNC programming (Fanuc/ Mitsubishi Controls preferred), CAM software, and fixture design. Quality Focus:Deep understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and precision metrology instruments (CMM, etc.). Leadership Skills:Proven ability to mentor team members and collaborate effectively across departments. Education:Diploma or Degree (BE/B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
