to drive excellence in our state-of-the-art
HMC / VMC -
CNC Machine Shop.

What You Will Do:
As a Senior Engineer, you will be the technical cornerstone of our machining operations. Your mission will be to:

  • Lead & Innovate:
    Develop and optimize CNC programs for complex components on our advanced HMC & VMC machines.
  • Problem-Solve:
    Act as the go-to expert for troubleshooting challenging machining and quality issues.
  • Drive Efficiency:
    Champion initiatives for cycle time reduction, tooling optimization, and overall process improvement.
  • Mentor & Guide:
    Train and develop our team of talented operators and junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Ensure Quality:
    Uphold the highest standards of precision by interpreting GD&T and utilizing advanced inspection tools.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience:
    8+ years of hands-on experience in a precision CNC machine shop with HMC and VMC machines.
  • Technical Prowess:
    Expert-level knowledge of CNC programming (Fanuc/ Mitsubishi Controls preferred), CAM software, and fixture design.
  • Quality Focus:
    Deep understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and precision metrology instruments (CMM, etc.).
  • Leadership Skills:
    Proven ability to mentor team members and collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Education:
    Diploma or Degree (BE/B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
