Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Senior Controls Engineer Team Lead Controls Engineer (Installation Engineer) with strong expertise in industrial automation and robotics. The candidate will be responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and programming of automation systems, with hands-on experience in robotic integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, commission, and maintain automation and robotic systems.
  • Program, calibrate, and troubleshoot industrial robots and PLC/HMI systems.
  • Support production teams by optimizing controls performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards during installation and operations.
  • Provide operator training and technical support.

Requirements:

  • B.E / B.Tech in Mechatronics / Electrical / Instrumentation / Mechanical.
  • 48 years of experience in controls engineering / automation / robotics.
  • Strong knowledge of robot programming, TCP calibration, and industrial controls.
  • Fanuc robot programming experience is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on expertise in installation and commissioning of automation equipment.
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
