TMCS is alliance partner for National instruments for Data Acquisition Hardware and LabVIEW software developments.Position : Senior Application EngineerSummary :We are seeking an experienced and skilled LabVIEW developer to join our dynamic team. The LabVIEW developer will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our software applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This position requires a deep understanding of application architecture, coding standards, and best practices.Job Summary :- Perform Test Bench Application development using National Instruments LabVIEW Programming Language- Understand National Instruments Data Acquisition Hardware for High Speed Data Logging- Working Knowledge of National Instruments CompactRIO, PXI, CompactDAQ- Understand and have programming knowledge of Servo Drives, VFD- Understand and have programming knowledge of Industrial Communication protocol using LabVIEW e.g. Modbus over TCP/IP, EtherCAT, CAN and more- Perform Debugging of Instrumentation setups- Knowledge of programming for Hydraulic Test Stands will be an added advantage- Standardization of test procedures using softwares on production setups and adhere to ISO standards- Good skills of documentation for Test Stands Code and debugging procedure- Provide innovative Testing solution by understanding testing requirements and provide guidance to test Team testing and validation of code- Documentation- Support Field Application Engineer over remote access and telephonic for Installation commissioning- Interfacing of NI hardware like cRIO, cDAQ, PXI- Ready to support on field team for Installation and support (India and Overseas)Responsibilities and Duties :- Work in team for development- Software programming in LabVIEW (Real-Time and FPGA) (National Instruments)- Data Analytics using DIAdem software (Script to analyze, and report on measurement data) added advantages- PLC Programming added advantage- Develop LabVIEW Systems Architecture hardware & software- Measurement Instrumentation selection trade-off, system integration and implementation- Software processes for Test Requirements, Specifications, Reviews and Delivery- Confident, self-motivated, responsible, flexible, good attention to detail, good communication skills across all levels of personnel.- Ability to fix any minor issues with test rigs, lab also work with peer engineer to improve develop any new methods solving the issues- Visit various customer site for field trials and over remote and telephone, interfacing of NI hardware like cRIO, cDAQ, PXIRequired Experience, Skills and Qualifications :- Graduate in Computer engineering or Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering with 3+ Year years of relevant work experience- Good working knowledge of National Instruments Software and Hardware- Experience in writing and debugging LabVIEW Real Time and FPGA code- Safety & Quality Management Practices- Experience on fault identification and propose corrective actions (ref:hirist.tech)
