The team proactively manages compliance across multiple regulated sectors, adapting to evolving regulatory landscapes.About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic legal guidance to senior stakeholders onoptimizing debt managementprocesses. This includes ensuring that all processes areethical ,compliant , andscalable . You will oversee and resolvedebt-related disputesandlitigation , coordinating withexternal counselwhen needed. A key part of the role involves conducting in-depthlegal researchto supportlitigation strategiesand ensure compliance with applicable laws andregulations . You will collaborate with internal business,compliance , andlegal teamsto createpractical solutionsaligned with business objectives. Additionally, you will build and maintain relationships withexternal legal partnersandregulatory bodiesto ensure smooth legal operations.What We Expect From You Advise senior stakeholders onlegal strategiesfor optimizing debt management processes, ensuring they areethical ,compliant , andscalable . Oversee and resolvedebt-related disputesandlitigation , coordinating with external counsel when required. Conduct in-depthlegal researchto supportlitigationand ensure compliance withlawsandregulations . Build and maintain relationships withexternal legal partnersandregulatory bodies .Must Haves Experiencewith over 8 years in litigation processes,civil procedure , and relevantlawsandregulationsin India, with prior experience indebt managementinbanks ,NBFCs , orasset reconstruction companiesbeing highly desirable. Strong analyticalandproblem-solving skillswith the ability to develop and execute effectivelegal strategies . Excellentverbalandwritten communication skills , with the ability to present complexlegal issuesin a clear and concise manner. Ability to work in afast-paced environment , prioritize tasks, and managemultiple projectssimultaneously. Strong interpersonal skillswith the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively withinternalandexternal stakeholders . Highethical standards ,integrity , and a commitment to maintainingconfidentiality .
